Abyssinian Lovebird are the largest of all lovebirds. Both the male and female Abyssinian Lovebird are dark green, but only the male has a red forehead. The habitat of the Abyssinian Lovebird is typically from southern Eritrea to southwestern Ethiopia in Africa, and they live in either high plains or mountainous regions. The typical diet of the Abyssinian Lovebird is sunflower seeds, corn, apples and mission figs.
