The Cedar Waxwing lives in North America. The 6-to-7 inch bird is pale brown on the head and chest, fading to soft gray on the wings.
The belly is pale yellow. The bird has a small cluster of bright "waxy" red feathers on the wings. The tip of the tail is yellow or orange depending on its diet.
