Birdorable Crowd Gifts
This is one of our most popular designs: cute Birdorable owls wear santa hats while perched upon candy canes. It is not something you would easily see in the wild, but we find it cute nonetheless. Our Santa Owls design is available on many different products including t-shirts for boys, girls, toddlers, babies, men and women in many different styles and colors. Featured on this graphic tee are our Birdorable Great Grey Owl, Barn Owl, Burrowing Owl, Barred Owl, and Eastern Screech Owl for some cute holiday fun!
We have recently updated some of our Kingfishers and added several new ones bringing the total number of Kingfishers on Birdorable to ten! There are actually 90 different species of Kingfisher in the world, so we still have a way to go. Each of our birds is available on a wide range of graphic tees, other apparel and gifts from our Birdorable shop.
Pictured in this image from top to bottom are: Belted Kingfisher, Sacred Kingfisher, Black-backed Dwarf Kingfisher, Common Kingfisher, Stork-billed Kingfisher, Pied Kingfisher, Green Kingfisher, White-throated Kingfisher, Woodland Kingfisher and Azure Kingfisher.
Do you know what TUTI means? It is the four-letter code used by birders and bird banders for the Tufted Titmouse, one of the cutest birds found in Canada and the United States and a common backyard feeder bird. This adorable titmouse design is a sort of inside-joke for birders in the know and a unique way to spell "Cutie Patootie". So next time you encounter a Tufted Titmouse in the field or in your yard, you can call it a Cutie PaTUTI.

This funny t-shirt with one of our favorite owls features a cute Birdorable Burrowing Owl with his head half sticking out of the ground and the text: I Dig Burrowing Owls. These small owls can be found in parts of the Americas and they love to use burrows dug by other creatures or dig their own underground cavities. This is a great t-shirt for birders and anyone who loves Burrowing Owls.
For the last 7 days we added a new bird to Birdorable every day as part of our Birdorable Bonanza 2014, which has become an annual tradition that started in 2009. This year was a short one with only 7 birds (or 8 including the Uncape Parrot), but we hope you enjoyed it nonetheless. If you would like to have a look at our bonanzas in previous years you can view those posts here:

Here is an overview of the new birds we added in the last week:
The final new bird species in our 2014 Bonanza is a small, colorful species found in parts of Southeast Asia, the Black-and-yellow Broadbill!
The Black-and-yellow Broadbill is one of 15 species of broadbill in the world. Broadbills are found in sub-Saharan Africa and across Asia. The Black-and-yellow Broadbill is a resident species across parts of Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Thailand.
Black-and-yellow Broadbills make large pear-shaped purse-like nests that hang from tree limbs. The nests may be made from moss and leaf skeletons and be lined with roots and leaves. The clutch size is usually three eggs. The Black-and-yellow Broadbill joins Birdorable today as our 565th species, and our first broadbill. If you like this striking bird as much as we do, be sure to check out our selection of cute Birdorable Black-and-yellow Broadbill t-shirts and gifts. That wraps up our 2014 Birdorable Bonanza! Thanks for following our blog and stay tuned for more new birds to be added in the future!
